About Kimberlee
Kimberlee Hansen, Vice President of Human Resources and Member Services, has 32 years of experience in the electric cooperative industry. Kimberlee completed the NRECA Management Internship Program in 2024 and the MIP Select Program in 2017. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a certified Society of Human Resources Management Professional (SHRM-CP).
Kimberlee started working for Sioux Valley Energy in 1993 and served as the Manager of Human Resources and Administrative Services for 18 years prior to being promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Member Services. Kimberlee is responsible for all aspects of human resources, training and development, beneficial electrification, and member services.
