Annual Meeting and Annual Report

Each year the cooperative holds one annual meeting, typically at the beginning of June.

The annual meeting is required by the bylaws and is combined with a member appreciation event where members enjoy a meal, fun activities, and entertainment.

2026 Annual Meeting

TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 2026 | COLTON•PIPESTONE•VOLGA

The annual meeting date has been set for 2026 and will be held on Tuesday, June 9. The meeting will be held in three locations again this year, with the Tri-Valley High School near Colton being the main location and Pipestone Area High School in Pipestone and Sioux Valley High School in Volga serving as remote locations.
