Cooperative Bylaws

Sioux Valley Energy's Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation are guidelines for governance of the Cooperative.

They define membership rights, annual and special meeting procedures, and the structure and responsibilities of the Board of Directors.

The bylaws also cover officer roles, financial management, and how capital credits are distributed.
