About Justin
Justin Moose, Vice President of Technology, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information System Technology from Dakota State University. He completed the NRECA Management Internship Program in 2017.
Justin began working at Sioux Valley Energy in March of 1997 as a Network Technician. In April of 1999, Justin was promoted to Manager of Information Technology and in July of 2022 was promoted to Vice President of Technology. Justin is responsible for all aspects of information technology, cyber security, facilities and fleet, and metering.
