About Jason

Jason Maxwell, Chief Financial Officer, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southwest Minnesota State, a Master of Science degree in Public Administration, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Jason began work at Sioux Valley Energy in June of 2021 as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January 2022. 

Prior to joining Sioux Valley Energy, he was employed by East River Electric Power Cooperative as a Budget and Financial Analyst. Jason is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance.
