Online SmartHub Account
- Sign up for and/or log into SmartHub
- Select the Settings drop down on the left side of the screen and select Paperless Billing
- Tap the slider button to confirm Paperless Billing

SmartHub Mobile App
- Download SmartHub on your mobile device from the Apple Store or Google Play
- Log into SmartHub
- On the bottom right, tap More, then choose Settings and select Paperless Billing
- Tap the slider button to confirm paperless billing
Sign up for Autopay
Sign up for Autopay and receive an additional $10 bill credit.

Online SmartHub Account
- Sign up for and/or log into SmartHub
- Select the Bill and Pay drop down on the left side of the screen and select Auto Pay Program
- Accept the "Terms and Conditions"
- Click Enroll and follow the prompts to Add Payment Information

SmartHub Mobile App
- Download SmartHub on your mobile device from the Apple Store or Google Play
- Log into SmartHub
- Select the Bill and Pay tab and Autopay Program
- Click on plus sign to add new payment method
- Choose Bank Account, enter Account Information

The Sioux Valley Energy online account and mobile access is powered by SmartHub, which is user-friendly and lets you manage all aspects of your account from a computer or a mobile device. Some of its features include making a payment, reporting an outage, and viewing electric usage 24/7.
To receive the autopay bill credit, your account must be linked to a checking account. Only valid on accounts that have not been signed up for paperless billing or autopay previously.
