Annual Meeting
Each year the cooperative holds one annual meeting, typically at the beginning of June.
The annual meeting is required by the bylaws and is combined with a member appreciation event where members enjoy a meal, fun activities, and entertainment.
District Meetings
A series of 10 district meetings are held per year.
The district meetings are where members elect someone to represent them on the Board of Directors.
Meeting Minutes
Board meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month, unless a schedule change is approved by the Board. If you have questions regarding the date(s) of Board meetings, please contact Brenda Schelhaas at Sioux Valley Energy at 1-800-234-1960.
Annual Report & Bylaws
The Cooperative's latest annual report and bylaws are posted below. If you would like more information about the financial statements in the annual report, please contact Betty VanDerWerff at 800-234-1960.
